PA HSIEN
The Pa Hsien were also otherwise known as the 8 immortals. They are a group of gods recognized since the thirteenth century.
Although known as a known a collective group, each is known just a weel individually for their heroics, magic, travels,
and escapades. They are: Chang Kuo-lao, Lu Tung-pin, Chung-li Chaun, Li Tieh-Kuai, Lan Tsai-ho, Ho Hsien-ku, Han Hsiang-tsu,
and Tsao Kuo-chiu.
PA HSIEN PUSA
He was one of the twelve divine Buddhist teachers. He is the Bodhisattva of Universal Grace and Compassion. In Tibet he was
called Kuntuzombo. He is usually depicted sitting on a white elephant.
PURE ONES
The three pure ones are the highest deities in the pantheon. In the middle is the absolute highest image of relgious Taoism, the
Primordial Heavenly Worthy. To his right is the Numinous Treasure Heavenly Worthly, and to his left is the Supreme Way
Heavenly Worthly. Some believe in them as Gods representing and controlling the various stages of energy, and others
prefer them as a representative of the three energies (jing, gi, and shen).
SAKYAMUNI
He was the founder of the Buddhist faith and the deity who taught the religion known as Buddhism. During his life in the 6th
century he was known as Price Siddartha. He achived "enlightenment" at the age of 35 and spent the next 45 preaching the
path to enlightenment. He died around 480BC in Kusinagara.
